Our rates start from £405 for a three-night break at one of the smaller properties, and go up to £1,500 for seven nights at Highview. However when we have last-minute availability which does happen, we do offer discounts so please do get in touch even if it is for the following week. Please don’t rely on this to book though, as our prices compare so favourably to hotels when two or more people are staying, and for larger groups the savings are huge – and of course what you get is so much better, so the value for money you receive is just outstanding.

We also offer great flexibility with booking, as we allow anything from three nights upwards at all times (ie we don’t have a minimum 7-night stay as with so many self-catering properties).

Also available are:

• packages including discounted tickets to Drayton Manor, West Midlands Safari Park and Cadbury World,
• reductions if more than one property is taken, and
• discounts for stays of longer than seven nights.
