Just to say a massive thank you for the 'dream house'. I have never heard Callum so excited and he phoned to say it is like a show house. We will definitely be in touch if we need an extension or an extra house. Many thanks again. They are a lovely team and I told them they deserved somewhere nice to stay, but this surpasses all their hopes! They are so impressed by the size of the beds, the flat screen TVs  the Wi fi and all the things in the kitchen and bathrooms.  We are all very happy.

Weekly touring can be hard work and even harder if you can't find a great place to stay. Fortunately we didn't have that problem this week!!! Highview at Cavershamplace has made our time at the Birmingham Hippodrome a highlight of our tour, amazingly well equipped, beautifully decorated and great attention to detail, it has made our stay a memorable one! The cinema and DVD collection even made us stay on our day off. Thank you Jane, we'll see you next time around!

Having stayed at some of the best and worst self catering accommodation around the world I had very straight forward and detailed needs for our stay, Jane promised me every detail would be accommodated and completely exceeded my expectations, when we arrived our hearts were in our mouths at how well organized, comfortable, modern and stylish the place is, so good infact that we cancelled several plans just to stay in and enjoy the facilities at the house, we have never done that before. We will wait for the day we can return and will certainly recommend to anyone we know visiting the area. I am 15 years in the hospitality business and I learnt a few great tips from Rich and Jane on how to exceed the expectations of guests. Thanks both for making Christmas 2008 one of the best yet, it'll take a lot of beating!

It is obvious that the owners love what they do, this is reflected in the attention to detail (eg nail kit, chocolates, etc) and the manner in which they treat their customers. Footnote: Although every property has wireless broadband throughout, in some we also provide a computer for our guests' use. We appreciate problems being brought to our attention, however small, so that we can fix them as soon as possible!
